Condominiums LLC will now be known as
Emerald Point Condominiums LLC,
according to developers of the much-anticipated condo
project (February 15, 2006) “We felt it would
be less confusing,” said Dewayne Campbell, Emerald Point
condo developer. “Nothing else regarding the condo
development will change.
Speculation regarding the upscale Smith Lake condo project’s
official sale
date will soon be put to rest also, according to Campbell.
“Emerald Point on
Smith Lake is on the verge of making a very big
announcement. We expect to
be sending out complete sales packages within two weeks.
Interested parties should have already requested placement
on our list, or should do so immediately.”
Interest in phase one of Emerald Point has been intense,
according to
Campbell. “Tens of thousands have already accessed our
various information outlets and we haven’t even begun our
structured promotions yet. It just goes
to prove that a quality product will always be in demand.”
Phase one be a 54-unit, six story structure with a cedar
shake panel and Eldorado Stone façade. Noted Birmingham
company Brasfield and Gorrie
will be general contractor for the project.
